[Environment] The restaurant has a classic, traditional Cantonese style, but the queue was five or six hours long; it was incredibly crowded during the National Day holiday. [Service] The service time for each dish was far too long; the second dish only arrived after the first one was finished. "Sizzling Eel Casserole" 👍🏻 Recommended 👍🏻 It was still bubbling when it arrived, looking very fresh and hot, but it had a slightly earthy taste, which might be its intended flavor. "Classic Eel Baked Rice" 👍🏻 Recommended 👍🏻 The rice grains were distinct, vibrant in color, and very fragrant; highly recommended. "Crab Roe Tofu" 👍🏻 Recommended 👍🏻 The crab roe flavor was very rich, the tofu was very tender, and the dish arrived relatively quickly; this was the first dish to be served. "Bitter Melon Stew" 👍🏻 Highly Recommended 👍🏻 This dish tastes somewhat similar to the tofu we just had. If you like tofu, you can order the tofu buns; if you like bitter melon, you can order the bitter melon stew. They are famous for the claypot dishes, including vegetables, rice roll and etc. Every single dishes are delicious, only the lobster soup rice is bit light taste. It’s really good place to experience old Cantonese taste which rarely find outside.

Authentic upscale restaurant with very good food. Their menu is too long so I wasn’t able to get a picture of every page of the menu but for Chinese standards it is not cheap. Their signature dishes are the clay pot dishes though to be honest their non clay pot dishes are quite good. I wish I could have seen their fresh seafood tanks because I would have ordered more fresh seafood had I seen it beforehand
